Board of Directors
(as at 31 March, 2026)
Rémy Cointreau group is administered by a Board of Directors which, since September 2004, has adopted a governance structure that separates the roles of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. Competence and experience in the financial arena, the luxury goods sector and the management of large international companies are the selection criteria for Board members.
The presence of several members who are permanent residents in various other countries also lends a welcome international and cultural dimension to the Board of Directors’ work, either because they have performed a role outside of France during their career, or because they hold or have held one or more appointments in non-French companies.

Executive Committee
(as at 1 April, 2026)
Franck Marilly, Group Chief Executive Officer since 25 June 2025, is supported by an Executive Committee comprising 12 directors of four different nationalities with various backgrounds in spirits, cosmetics, fashion and accessories, and tableware. On 8 April 2026, Rémy Cointreau unveiled RC Forward, a three-year transformation plan and has decided to streamline its organisation to become more efficient and agile. A steering committee has been established within the Executive Committee, bringing together representatives from five departments reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
The Executive Committee is tasked with rolling out the RC Forward plan, which has three main priorities:
- bolstering the Group’s fundamentals and preparing for the future;
- accelerating sales growth through more efficient and agile execution;
- creating value at every level of our organisation to support growth and sustainably enhance current operating margin.
RC Forward is a key driver of the Group’s medium-term strategy, which will be unveiled in November 2026 and implemented by the Executive Committee.
